Hair and Airbrush Makeup for Bridesmaids- Houston, TX

Although the wedding day is all about the bride. It’s also a really fun opportunity to everyone involved in the wedding to get glammed up and feeling beautiful to celebrate the special day.

These two gorgeous sisters came all the way from South Caroline a few weeks ago to get their hair and airbrush makeup done for their brothers wedding in Houston, where they were bridesmaids. We had lots of fun and laughs spending the morning together at my salon in Vintage Park.

They both wanted a half up hairstyle with curls. For makeup, though, they definitely wanted a unique look of their own. For the older sister who was an “experienced makeup wearer” comfortable with more color and intensity, smokey black eyeshadow made her baby blue eyes really stand out; especially once her skin was airbrushed to look perfectly smooth and contoured. The younger sister, (who is only 17! but looks AND acts so much more mature than that!), is an active athlete and not as much of an “experienced makeup wearer” as her sister. So, airbrush makeup was used to give her a porcelain-like complexion and neutral colors in peach, pink and brown were used to bring out her eyes, skin tone, and perfectly shaped lips.
